I'm Mahesh Joshi, Founder of BM Consulting. My path into business coaching and consulting wasn't planned in a classroom — it was built by actually running a business, making real decisions, and learning what genuinely moves the needle for growth.
Before this, my roots were in business on the ground — understanding how deals get made, how trust is built, and how a business actually survives day to day. That grounding is what I bring into every coaching conversation today.
Over the past 4+ years, I've built and run BM Consulting, working directly with business owners on growth, systems and execution — not from theory, but from doing it myself first.
Today, as a Business Coach and Consultant, I work with founders who want the same thing I once wanted: a business that grows with clarity and systems, not chaos.
