Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products, coaching and consulting services purchased through maheshjoshi.in, operated by BM Consulting (Mahesh Joshi). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

We currently sell digital products (such as downloadable resources, recorded content or digital programs). Because these products are delivered instantly in digital form and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, once access/delivery has been provided.

2. Coaching & Consulting Services

For paid coaching or consulting engagements, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Fees already paid for a session or program that has commenced are non-refundable. If a session is cancelled by us, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost or, at our discretion, refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)

• Email us at bmconsulting2024@gmail.com with your order/payment reference and a brief description of the issue
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days

4. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any payment issue before raising a chargeback with their bank or payment provider, so we can address it faster.

5. Policy Updates

As we introduce new products or services (including future 1:1 consulting offers), specific refund terms for those offers may be added or updated on this page.
